Complaints & right of exchange


You have the legal right to make a complaint about a defective product if the defect is original. The defectiveness of the product does not have to appear immediately. Please note, however, that you must make a complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. Contact us through customer service by sending an e-mail to the address and describe the product's fault and attach any pictures of the product's faults. We offer a solution depending on the fault of the product, in most situations we offer you a new replacement product.

Transport damage

If the packaging/products of your order are clearly damaged during transport, we ask you to take pictures of the package

  • external damage
  • about how the product has been protected inside the package
  • about the product itself

Please contact customer service immediately and attach the photos you took to the message so that we can clarify the situation and possibly send you replacement products.

Exchange right

If you notice a defect in the product, we ask you to make a complaint about the product as soon as you notice the defect, so that we can offer you a new replacement product instead.
